Had a lovely time at this hotel over Easter. Staff were really friendly and made us feel so welcome! The location was perfect for skiing as it was only a short walk to the slopes. The panoramic view from our room was amazing! The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options to choose from, including freshly baked croissants and delicious cheese. appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
One of the lifts was out of order which was frustrating and caused some delays getting to the slopes. Our room was a little outdated, but it was still comfortable.

The hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to the ski slopes and all the village amenities. the rooms are cozy, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. the bathroom is roomy and modern, making it a pleasure to relax after a day on the slopes. the breakfast is good, with a varied buffet of hot and cold choices, perfect for fuelling up before hitting the slopes. We loved the amazing views from our balcony, taking in the stunning mountain scenery from the comfort of our room.
The service at the bar could be a little slow during peak times.

I recently stayed at a hotel for a week in Passo Del Tonale and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially for the quality of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were always willing to assist and provide helpful advice, such as organizing a doctor for my husband when he had a skiing accident. Additionally, the rooms were cleaned well every day and had two balconies with stunning views. And lastly, the location was perfect for skiing as it was only a short walk to the slopes.
Everything was absolutely fine.

Great location, just a short walk to the lifts and easy access to the slopes. the food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, perfect to fuel up for a day in the mountains. the ski lockers in the basement were handy and secure. Good price for the quality offered.
The staff knew very little English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. the room was a bit cramped, with not much space to move around.
